CAMPAIGN FOR REAL ALE Peterborough & District Branch
Visit to Rutland CAMRA Beer Festival
Added by Shep on Sun 10th June, 2018
My first outing as Social Secretary will take place on Saturday 30th June.

Taking the 10.52 train to the picturesque town of Oakham in our neighbouring branch, the beer festival is a ten minute walk from the station and for the more intrepid there is the Rutland Ale trail to try also.

Trains run every hour so return can be at your leisure. Should you miss one, the Grainstore Brewery and Tap is across the road and serves as an excellent waiting room. Entry to the festival is free to card carrying CAMRA members and the return current cost of trains is £13.25 (£8.75 with railcard) More information at www.rutland
